Whether you're new to exercise and not sure where to start, or a seasoned gym-goer who needs an extra boost of motivation – Our small group training sessions are a great way to accelerate your results.

Smaller group sessions (rather than large group fitness classes) means more targeted training. You get the benefits of one-on-one training in a supportive team environment, including an effective exercise program tailored to your fitness level.

HIIT FIT

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING but just because you’re new to fitness doesn’t mean high-intensity interval training isn’t for you. Otherwise known as HIIT, these fast-paced workouts have been shown to torch tons of calories in a short amount of time — so you don’t need to spend hours in the gym. This type of training will have you alternating between periods of maximum effort and short recovery.

HYPERFIT

A session where almost every exercise will challenge your prime movers, stabilizers and core. Hyperfit will alternate between various muscle groups every time for the ultimate resistance program timed and set to music to maintain the heart rate, keep those endorphins pumping, and leave you feeling lean, strong, and capable of more than you thought possible.

FUNCTION

This functional, full-body partner workout is designed around athletic style training incorporating natural human body movement and functional motion.

The class is broken into working stations with the partner aspect for supportive, encouraging but athletic vibes! The class will work through these stations motivated by music the instructor and of course each other!

PUMP

is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, PUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*.

HIIT ZONE

Not for the faint hearted our fast paced HIGH cardio HIGH intensity 40 min workout is so quick it is over before you have time to think about it. leave feeling the incredible endorphins provided by the strong, sweaty quick moving workout that is HIITzone

BALANCE

Ideal for anyone and everyone, It is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates

POWERZONE

Extreme cross training at its best. A total body circuit challenge combines the rowing machines for high intensity calorie burn with dynamic functional combinations on the outside circuits to sculpt and transform the body. Max effort and extreme results.
