HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING but just because you’re new to fitness doesn’t mean high-intensity interval training isn’t for you. Otherwise known as HIIT, these fast-paced workouts have been shown to torch tons of calories in a short amount of time — so you don’t need to spend hours in the gym. This type of training will have you alternating between periods of maximum effort and short recovery.
Fitzone Paeroa presents a non-contact, fitness-based class will use boxing fundamentals such as punch combinations, mitt/bag work, and high intensity cardio intervals, as well as partner and technique work for a great, full-body workout. Boxing is a great way to release stress by punching and kicking your way to an increased fitness level Participants will burn loads of calories while totally reshaping their arms, legs, gluts and abdominals. Come prepared to sweat!
Extreme cross training at its best. A total body circuit challenge combines the rowing machines for high intensity calorie burn with dynamic functional combinations on the outside circuits to sculpt and transform the body. Max effort and extreme results.
